The Negotiator (update)

Last year, I posted about Jeremy's natural abilities in negotiating. This past week, Ye-ye observed some behavior that really caught his attention. Jeremy had his good buddy Eric over for a visit. Eric asked Jeremy if he could borrow Jeremy's new Luke Skywalker Star Wars toy. It was Jeremy's response to the request that struck my father as being very humorous. Jeremy is very attached to his new toy and was not willing to part with it (even on a temporary basis). So he proceeded to try and sell his friend on the appeal of another toy -- a remote control car that no longer held Jeremy's interest. According to Ye-ye, Jeremy said, "Hey Eric, how about this toy! It's really cool. See how it can go in circles! And you can race it around the room like this -- See? Isn't this a much better toy? Don't you want to borrow this one instead?" Eric's response -- "Ok."

Ye-ye thinks Jeremy has a bright future in Sales.
