Happy Chinese New Year
As 3rd generation Chinese Americans, Karinna and Jeremy will have more of a challenge absorbing Chinese culture and language.
Today, Jeremy greeted his grandparents by saying "Kung Hei BOK Choy!" -- which translates loosely to "Happy Chinese Veggies!" After being corrected by Teresa's mom, Jeremy took to wishing everyone a happy Chinese New Year with his customary gusto. "Kung Hei Fat Choy!"
